JULY, We are celebrating our nutrition month.We celebrate this as a jumping-off point to encourage students to develop good nutrition habits that will last throughout their lifetimes--lifetimes of eating and being healthy! .But what really nutrition is?NUTRITION is the process by which we take in and uses food and supplements for health, growth, and energy.


Everyone of us need to be healthy to get rid of different diseases,us the theme of this month empasized.Eating well can help reduce the risk of chronic diseases like cancer, diabetes, obesity, and hypertension. Eating well means eating a variety of healthy foods in the right amounts so your body gets the nutrients needed to maintain good health and work properly.Healthy eating and routine exercise are needed all year round; but many of us need a friendly reminder to get ourselves back on track. Be kind to your body and reacquaint yourself with healthy eating habits and fitness. Replace your unhealthy habits with smart health choices for a healthier body.


Take the steps towards better nutrition and health. It is never too late to make a change for the better. Make smart choices at every meal and do something each day to be more active,more alert,longer lifespan,and get a healthy living!! =)
